70 years ago today, a young Ted Morgan jumped from a plane over the battlefield of Europe.
Ted was a young Medic and was dropped behind enemy lines on D-Day.
Today, 70 years later, Lt. Col. Fred B. Morgan Jr. was awarded the “French Legion of Honor” Medal by the people and government of France.
The ceremony took place this morning at the World War 2 Museum in New Orleans.
